Arepas with Reina Pepiada


Ingredients

  • 1 chicken brest
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp. of Mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a pot with water, place the chicken and add salt and pepper to your taste. Bring the water to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Remove the chicken and let it cool before you shred it. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and our recipe is done! Then take the arepas out of the oven, split them open, and stuff the arepas with Reina Pepiada!
